Is it possible to send mobile phone or other electrics device like laptop from China to Bangladesh.

The delivery address is Gyuláné Bilics, Bojtocska utca 3/4 Budapest x.ker. 1106 Hungary. Mobile phone +36 30 411-8794.
The order tracking number is WUYOU1665575848. According to All-In-One Package Tracking (17TRACK), the ordered laptop was successfully delivered to my address on 2025.02.16. I did not receive any notification about the delivery (post, ccouriers) either by phone or by e-mail. I have not received the ordered goods since then.
Who delivered the ordered goods in Hungary and to which post office, which courier service?
Please take the necessary measures to get the laptop to the delivery address.

May I know how much will it cost and how long will it take for a delivery of a laptop from Beijing to Shanghai or Shenzhen to Shanghai.
The laptop package is about 3 kg and are there any restrictions of sending a laptop with batteries attached inside?
