I want to import mobile phone from China to Pakistan and I asked my friend to buy a phone for me and she bought a phone. so she is trying to send it through China post but they said they don't deliver mobile phones. is there any other way to send it to Pakistan

Hi there, my parcel (RT177040114SG) is stuck in China customs. However when try to retrieve/ declare item. It states that the parcel’s recipient mobile number and my mobile is different. The sender may have wrote the wrong mobile number. How can I declare so that I can retrieve the parcel ?
