China Post Tracking Number - UU237765838CN
The product that I ordered (Yeti Cooler) in mid-August 2021 has supposedly arrived in the United States about a month ago. It has still not been delivered to my home address. The tracking information does not say who has it other than it is somewhere in the USA and being held by an unknown entity. Please advise as to where my product is, who has it, and when will it be delivered.

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives at the US secondary processing center. So, you can't get more update after September 13. USPS is in charge of delivering it to you. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
