Hi I’ve been waiting on a priority package from the US since the 10th December, tracking number CH118394650US, it was meant to be 6-10 day shipping, but has been stuck in Shanghai since December. Can someone please locate it for me? Thank you!

My package status says “customs clearance completed” but hasn’t updated since the 8th, where is it? It was supposed to be priority mail but doesn’t seem very priority to me. AG827131995CN is the tracking number, I’m getting incredibly anxious as to where my package is as it was very expensive and the response of “just wait for more days” isn’t telling me a location of where my package is.

Tried contacted EMS customer service, not even getting different answers. Some reps indicated the package has been arrived in U.S. but not yet being processed, some reps told me the package is still awaiting for getting on the plane.
Considering the price for the priority mail, the speed is unacceptable and I’m expecting at least an firm answer of where the package is actually at.
