Missing parcel sent from the UK

I posted two parcels from the United Kingdom to China on 10th February 2017. I was told by the post office that they would be delivered by 17th February 2017.
I have been tracking these parcels, and there is no information for one package after 16th February. The other package says it was delivered on 20th February, but the person I sent it to says he has not received it.
The tracking numbers are as follows;

Please could you advise me of the actual status of these parcels.

For RU763351798GB, the tracking results show it was delivered on 20th February 2017. Please contact the local office if you have any problems.
