My parcel hasn’t had an update in over three months and China Post helpline hasn’t helped in any way, nor done anything to resolve the situation. CP335517252CN

China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. So, you don't get any tracking information after Nov.2, 2021. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
