How do I obtain a missing parcel document and why do I need one ?
International trading law states that the seller is responsible for the package until it is in my possession. if china wants to do business in my country it has to obey the laws of this region , and the laws are clear , If i dont get my package I get my money back no questions asked and no missing document needed.

Hi kitary,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it. You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
