I ordered an item sept 6th.
I was provided a tracking number in dec for this item when I filed a complaint for delay in delivery. The tracking number led to your company saying its been delivered sept 24th. This is not the case. I would like more information as to where it was delivered. A house? A post office? Was a signature required? A postal slip left?

When it arrived in Canada, it's delivered by Canada Post. You need to contact Canada Post to reflect the problem and check it for you if you don't get it.
