Missing parcel

My tracking number is RV523488320CN and I was supposed to revive my parcel no later than January 13th. It was actually a Christmas present. There have been no updates since January 8th saying it was in Vancouver. Please help.

It's stuck in Vancouver now. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution if you couldn't receive it in this month.
