Missing Parcel

I posted my parcel on 7th October (Ref: RN023104176GB) and it is sitting at: Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit. Can you please explain what this is and when it will be delivered. I cannot get a refund until I have confirmation that it has been received at it's destination.

It is headed for Shenzen Industrial Park, Shenzen. But I am confused as it looks like it has went round in circles.

It't not normal. You need to let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11183 to reflect the problem and check why it was not delivered in Shenzhen but will leave China. To my experience, there should be problem for the address.

What's the destination city? It's planned to leave Shanghai according to the latest tracking information.
