Missing Parcel

Hi,
I have never received a parcel, which your website says has been delivered on the 3rd of December 2024.
Can you please giving me more information on which currier supposed to have delivered it? Any proves of delivery or signature? This is the tracking number I have been given AM556157714CN.
We are a business and there is always someone at the entrance of our address, on top we have cameras and we never seen any attempt of delivery for that day.

I have contacted the sellers and Australia Post.
Australia Post has no records for this tracking number, is it possible that has been used another company to deliver the parcel?

According to the tracking information, AM556157714CN was delivered on Dec.3. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
