Missing parcel

I sent a package via registered post and expressing shipping from Australia to Beijing on 18 November 2024. It has been stuck in China Customs since 25 November 2024. I have asked the addresses to contact China Customs for residents in Beijing to provide additional information but they are unable to get through via phone. What can I do? The tracking number is EJ331556454AU.
