I have already been refunded for this parcel however the item was quite rare & I wanted to try & trace it because I can’t find another. If you have a way of finding out who the delivery company was I would greatly appreciate it please?

Hi, I’ve been in contact with Royal Mail & that tracking number doesn’t show up on their system, what other delivery service would you have used because it wasn’t Royal Mail?

Hi, surely you should be able to provide this number because you say it arrived here? The seller isn’t really that interested in helping, as I mentioned I’ve been refunded so that’s all they say. I need to find out what’s happened here so if you can find out who the delivery company definitely was that would be a big help.
