Missing Parcel

I dispatched a 12" Mirror Dash Cam warranty return Parcel to Azdome.HK on August 2022.
Azdome claim they have not heard or seen the parcel, I referred the matter to Australia post here in Australia, they ascertained that the Chinese Customs had contacted Azdome.HK asking for more inforation on the goods.
Azdome claim they have not heard from anyone. I have sent several Emails with tracking Numbers and copies of my Conversations with Australia Post.
Reply was " Sorry FReind we have not received the parcel, "

Australia post replied that , because it is being held by China Customs it means that it was delivered via China Post, although not to the intended addressee, I just want to know where s my item as the addressee will not answer either China Customs or my enquiries.
Perhaps China Customs contact or investigate Adzome HK regarding this matter.

If it's not delivered in time, Australia Post should compensate you about the loss.
