Missing Parcel

My tracking number is AS810527064CN and it states that it was delivered but I have no idea to what address. I live in Virginia and the tracking company does not tell me what address it was delivered to. Also your company can not tell me that also. I can not get a hold of the seller to find out what address it was shipped to.
