Missing Parcel

My package is not received since 07 Nov 2021. It was stuck at" 广州市，送交承运商” since 2021-11-07, 0345. My package tracking number is CP412691539CN and is deliver to Singapore.

Thanks for your reply. "China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible" So means after 90 days if I still did not received my parcel and I need to inform my seller ?
