This tracking number was provided to me by PayPal, back in March 2022, it is almost July and I have received no further communication about it. I have emailed the seller/sender 5x.. I can’t find a single trace of this package besides my debit account being charged almost 4 months ago!
What on earth could be the hold up?

LW058226660CN is not a right tracking number. You'd better contact the seller to ask for the right one to check it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to open a case from PayPal to to get refund in time.
