Missing Packet

Hi,
A packet has been send to me on 21Feb
From China SYAET14627856, and until today this has not been delivered and it states that it is in 'transit' at destination country, meaning 'Norway'. Could you please track this for me, and could thia be lost. I am trying to claim this thru Ali Express but they want confirmation from the post that this has not been delivered and seller refuses to refund. Thanks

Hi,
I have already contacted Norway post regarding this. The other trackingnumber is UU357490185CN. Norway Post told me this packet has never been received by Posten Norge from China post. They have co firmed this by email, o can forward it you you if you want. The seller refuses to cooperate and keeps saying that it has been delivered whixh is a lie as you can see

It's sent by SUNYOU Express. It arrived in your country on March 7. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it's in Norway. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.
