missing packages since Dec. 12, 2018

Hi I mailed two boxes from USA to China since Dec. 04, 2018. And they are arrived in Beijing on Dec. 12, 2018. After so many days, 3 weeks, when I check the tracking codes today, they are still in Beijing Post Facility.
the tracking# are: LA332057415US,and LA332052237US
Can someone tell me what happened to my two boxes?

Hi codepanda,

Tracking stops updating since Dec. 12. You need to contact the sender in China to contact China Post service number 11185 to check these two packages.
