missing packages

I have two packages that have been in transit for a month now but have not been updated since the 5th. I keep getting the run around from the sender and USPS and I want to know where my packages are. I spent nearly $600 just in shipping and this is ridiculous.

Hi Rachel Ward,

EMS is not as fast as before. The seller should let you know. If you spend too much money in shipping and it couldn't be delivered in expected time, you need to contact the seller to partially refund your your shipping fee.

These two packages were delivered by airline on July 5 and may take about another 10-30 days to be delivered to my experience. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
