Missing package, order UT217040287CN

package has been stuck at Secondary US processing center, is there a number or contact information for the processing center where we can lodge complaint? It appears that there are many people with similar issue. Are packages being lost, or stolen? Why does US center accept packages and not enter previous tracking information regardless of who imported it, to provide history and new tracking information? Does anyone have a line or contact information into all of the missing packages at the US Secondary Processing facility???

You can only contact the seller to give you a solution. They should refund you or send one again to you with a different way if you couldn't receive it in time.

I’m waiting a long time for 2 items which are still in China and no updates since 19th March. Can anyone help? LX057041890CN & LX058609696CN
