Missing package and lack of tracking information

I have contacted China Postal Tracking in this way before, but it seems that I was not clear enough in my request, as the answer was to check with my local post office in Japan. I am awaiting a package from the US with the USPS tracking number UE121605861US. The delivery address is in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. According to the tracking information available online, the package has been in Shanghai (very close to Changzhou) on May 20, but for some reason left again for Tokyo on the same day. The last information was now more than one month ago: May 20, 2020,7:25 pm Departed TOKYO, JAPAN Your item departed a transfer airport in NARITA, TOKYO, JAPAN on May 20, 2020 at 7:25 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination. After that, there are no more updates. Is there any possibility to find out what happened? Kind Regards, Christian

According to the tracking information, it's in transit to Tokyo now. You need to let the recipient in China call China Post service number 11183 to reflect the problem and check it as soon as possible.

This site hasn’t answered any of my questions so if you found it while looking for information on your package don’t even bother asking on here because they won’t answer your questions… this has been incredibly frustrating and honestly a waste of time but I don’t understand how an express package hasn’t left China yet and it’s been 2 weeks, how the hell is that “express”? package has been stuck at Secondary US processing center, is there a number or contact information for the processing center where we can lodge complaint? It appears that there are many people with similar issue. Are packages being lost, or stolen? Why does US center accept packages and not enter previous tracking information regardless of who imported it, to provide history and new tracking information? Does anyone have a line or contact information into all of the missing packages at the US Secondary Processing facility???

I ordered an item through Aliexpress. Tracking states it was handed to the airline on 19th April, since then no update. The tracking number is EX216678988SG, can you help please.
