I need an update on EMS package EA567567511CN. It was sent from Beijing on June 1. The last entry on your tracking page was June 4 and says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment." However the shipper has
told me that the package left Beijing on Korean Air Flight KE854-037. Therefore, it should have already arrived in the United States. Can you help me locate this package?
