I ordered two items back in May and they are stuck in some secondary location since May. I have emails the seller and they will not respond to my emails. I need to know where my items are at. PLEASE HELP.

I ordered two items back in May and they are stuck in some secondary location since May. I have emails the seller and they will not respond to my emails. I paid through PayPal and they won’t refund me because it has been more than 180 days. There has to be a place to call to find out why a package can sit in one place for more than 6 months and nobody does anything with it.

What's the tracking number? If the seller doesn't reply you, you need to try to contact your bank or visa company or Paypal to ask for a charge back.
