Missing package

Hello! Is there a way that this can be tracked down? It has been in “Handed over to Airlines” status since 8/8/20 and it is now 9/11/20 with no update. Tracking is LY390909974CN. Thank you.

Hi brittneythigpen,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
