Missing Package

Hello,

My package order number is LS269805768CN. The seller of the product I ordered said it is delayed, but I am unable to even track it online. Can I please receive assistance with finding where my package is currently and exactly when my package is estimated to arrive.

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for another 10-15 days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
