I'm currently looking for an update on my order, tracking ref# LL870679224CN. It shows as being in china since 26/11/2019 with no further information. Please can you help.. this is my brother Xmas present :(

It left China on Nov. 27 and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
