Missing package

I have been waiting for a package since the middle of March and I have yet to recieve it. Tracking number is RO625911004CN I can not understand what is going on when I track it myself. Any insight would be much appreciated. THanks

Hi Brittany,

I check it for you and found your package arrived Vancouver during April. But, I'm not sure why it didn't deliver to you successfully. So, it was returned back to the sender from Vancouver on May 4th. On May 16th. it was in Taiyuan City of China. After that, there is no more information for the package. I think it has been got by the sender.

You'd better contact the sender and ask if he has got it.
