Missing package

Hello,
My friend has sent me a package from Jiangmen on 2nd December 2023, tracking number is EA582662262CN.
I still haven't received the package but it has left China on 8th December. Can you please check what happened and where is the package now?

My package has not moved in over a month, the tracking is CY019685585CN. Where is my package and how long until it will be delivered?
