Missing Package

Missing package. Said it was delivered January 10th and 2:00 and didn’t not receive it. Would like to know if I’m getting it this week, if not I would like a full refund.

My parcel says its delivered but i have not received it. Ive been calling all the courier companies in nz and they cant find thebtracking number
