Have the contacted the recipient in China to ask if he has got it? The postman may put the package at the nearest express delivery point and notice him through sending him a short message. You'd better let the recipient check his phone to see if there is such a notification to let him pick it up at somewhere. If no, let him call China Post service number 11183 to check.

There are two reasons for this:

1. The address is not accurate.
2. The recipient couldn't be get connected because of the phone number is not right or the recipient didn't answer the phone when the postman call him.
