Missing order

I have no idea how to track my order or where it is. But somehow my payment went through, no problem. The email for the company bounces back so I feel like I’ve been scammed. Can someone please help?

Y'd better try to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. If you pay through PayPal, you can also open a case from PayPal to get refund. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
