This is my tracking number. This parcel was supposed to deliver on the 1/15/2024. On 17track it says its been delivered but I have never received it.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, use the number to check with Royal Mail about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Order is missing. Tracking said it was delivered but I never received it. Trackeing number is:AM236133905CN. Don’t know where shipper originated from.

It's sent from China. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to require the seller to do a formal trace investigation from China Post to check it for you.
