Missing item

Item EV927302256CN departed shanghai on the 12/07 on an outbound flight - it’s now the 20/07 and there is still no update on the item. Please do not give yo usual crap of 30 days because that simply is not true. Since this item was shipped I have ordered and recieved two other items from China

Hi Nicci,

It was delivered by airline on July 12 and takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
