M parcel has arrived at my country however customs have said that the invoice is missing. I have not been contacted by anybody and I have not received any information about what to do. It has been stuck at "invoice Is missing" for over 2 weeks now. how and who should I contact to resolve this?
My collisimo is BLOCKED by customs since 01/18/2025 for missing invoice. I contacted DUBOIS MODE +31653569205. They don't want sent to custom and me the invoice in order to not reimbursing me and for the package to be returned to me eventually. Please I need help. I have more details if necessary.
