missing international parcel

i require help locating a parcel from south africa tagged CN001005772ZA addressed to Ismail dhan which arrived in october, but i havent been able to find at any post office. Any help or information will be greatly appreciated

hi, I'm inquiring about parcel # UT206048109CN ,its going on 45 days now and I keep getting the same story's whenever I track it, either it's not trackable or its en route to its destination, please help me find out what happened to it

I found your parcel arrived in Jinan City of China on 2015-10-27 14:52 but no more status available from then. If the receiver in China a Chinese? If so, you should tell him/her the tracking number and let him/her to dial 11185 which is the service line of China post to ask what the problem is for the parcel.
You'd better let him/her ask as early as possible as four months has passed. I think it has lost or didn't deliver because of the address is not clear. You should ask compensation if they lost it.
