According to tracking delivery was attempted on 22/07/2018. I was at home all day that day and no one came to my apartment. I need to know which delivery office has the package so I can go and get it.

May your phone number couldn't be get connected. China Post is in charge of delivering it to you. You'd better call their service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask where to pick it up. You can also require them to deliver it again to you.
