Missing Consignment AQ828206324CN

Hi
Could you advise where this consigment was delivered, it states it was delivered on a Sunday, have called Australia Post, but they indicate they haven't delivered anything and that its a china postal number which I'd need to contact China to provide more information.

Hi Daryl,

We also could only see it was delivered on August 8. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi Daisy,
Do you have a contact no for Chinapost here in Victoria, Australia that would tell me where this was delivered please. I have never seen a Chinapost signwritten vechicle deliver in Melbourne. Is this actually a company in Australia?
