My package failed to deliver and is being sent back I beleave. I'm just curious who I should get into contact with to try and fix it or if I'll get my money back from my pruchase. I tried calling but I dont speak chinese so I can't understand anything.

In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. The seller should send it to you again or refund you in time. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
