Is there anything wrong in this tracking number RP709821909CN ? Will the package be returned since the updates in the site that I ordered is this:

My package LX259439279CN keeps dispatching and says it's en route to it's destination, and then it say it's been returned and the whole process starts all over again. My package has been returned 3 times! I have no idea what to do to fix this, I ordered my package on Oct 30, but it still has not even left the country because of this and it's nearly Christmas.
