Mail still not received

I had an envelope sent from Toronto , from September 2015... Is still stuck somewhere within some post office in Gunagzhou.
Here is the tracking number from Canada Post: RN063512195CA.
There is any way to get my mail from that post office or finally delivered to me?

It is not stuck somewhere within some post office in Guangzhou. I checked many China tracking system and it shows on Tue, Nov 10, 2015 11:01 it has been delivered to you successfully. If you don't get it, is there any chance that someone else has got it for you?
