Mail sent from China but not received

I live in nigeria and bought an item from Ebay on the 7th of February 2017. The item was sent from China with the tracking number P000008841273 on the 17th of February 2017. I have tried tracking the item without success. How do I get this item ?

I ordered a Nintendo Switch from the Best Online Shop on December 3, 2019. I never received it. When I put in a complaint they gave me tracking no LS172418465CN which shows it was delivered on December 30, 2019. My mailman said that the only things delivered that day fit in my mail box. A box with a switch in it would not fit in my mail box. Is there a way to find out the dimensions, weight, etc of the package with tracking number LS172418465CN? All I received on that day was a necklace.
