I have 3 parcels that have a wrong address and wish to redirect them to the correct address, how can i do this and pay the extra charge required?

Hi tozeyana,

It's delivered by Hong Kong Post when it's in Hong Kong. You need to contact them to ask how to get the packages.

Hi I ordered a package to parcel drop off site in Northern Ireland. Due to Brexit, it has now closed and my package was returned to sender. How to redirect my package.

Hi Tadhg,

You can only require the sender to send it again to you once he gets it.

Hello my parcel number is RN619007038GB. It has been in Shenyang Postal union for 16 days. What is preventing it from being deliver. It would seem that is lost. I have contacted you before and you have told me that there has been no stoppage of services. I sent off my package on the 19th of August that is a total of 28 days.
