Please advise why my parcel has been outbound since the 26 July & I haven’t had any further updates?

Hi Tanya,

There is no further update after July 30. In normal, there should be update showing it arrives in Australia in two months. As it has been over two monts, it may be lost. You need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
