Hi there,
I have never seen epacket this slow, or stuck. Could you check for me what's going on?
I also have similar problem on LZ795191275CN. Is something in epacket to Canada is broken?

Hi nav0239,

E-packet is slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
