LZ404685457CN Is currently displaying that it’s been in transit since the 17th of November with no update after that. It was ordered in October. I have contacted Royal Mail UK and they have confirmed they haven’t received the item or any update since October. I can’t get hold of anyone that speaks English to see where my parcel currently is. Please can someone who speaks English send over a number of someone I can speak within E Packet EMS to see what has happened to my parcel ASAP. Thanks.

It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. It was received by airline on Nov.17. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
