The above mentioned tracking says it was delivered and left in a safe place on the 12of of October. But we did not receive any items. It is not in the security camera.

It was delivered on October 12. It's delivered by Austrlia Post. You need to contact Austrlia Post to reflect the problem and ask where it is as soon as possible.
