I already contacted the seller as you recommened me. But problem is, that the seller doesn´t communicate with me. And now I don´t have neither parcel nor money. Can you please recommend me what I should do in this case?

If the seller doesn't reply you, you can try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. If you paid throught Paypal, you can open a case on Paypal to get money back.
