Hi there, my parcel has been in the same place since 15th of June, Daisy has asked for the tracking details which I have sent but still not heard anything. I have ordered other items from China that have arrived. Can you please let me know what is happening. If my order is lost can China post replace the item and send me compensation for the delay

It's in some other country near UK in last month. As it's transited by train, it's very slow. To my experience, it takes about another 20-40 days for you to receive it. It can't be lost. If it's lost, China Post will compensate the seller not you directly. The seller should refund you.

It was delivered to air transport on June 3 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Israel after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
