My package hasn't moved since it "arrived at destination" on December 14. Depending on the tracking website I use, it either says "arrived at destination" or "the plane entered the port". Where is this package and when can I expect it to be delivered?

Hi Will,

It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in the US. To my experience, it takes about another 10-20 days to have update.
